नाशिक ग्रेप्स म्हणजे आतिशय सोप्या पध्दतीने द्राक्ष शेतीविषयी द्राक्ष बागायतदारांना मराठी आणि इंग्लिश या दोनही भाषांमधुन माहिती देण्याचा प्रयत्न करणारे एक संकेतस्थळ....
नाशिक ग्रेप्स या संकेतस्थळाचा मुख्य हेतु असा कि या संकेतस्थळाचा मदतीने द्राक्षबागायतदारांना स्व:ता द्राक्षवेलीवरील अन्नद्रव्यांची कमतरता किंवा अतिरिक्त अन्नद्रव्यांच्या परिणाम ओळखण्यास मदत करणे हा आहे.तसेच द्राक्षवेलीमध्येच कमतरता किंवा टॉक्सीसीटी यांचे निदान होण्यासाठी या संकेतस्थळाची मदत होईल,कारण प्रत्येक ठिकाणी तपासणीसाठी प्रयोगशाळा जवळ असतील असे नाही.शिवाय प्रयोगशाळेत पृथ:करण करुन त्याचे निदान झाल्यावर त्याचा अहवाल मिळेपर्यत भरपुर वेळ जातो. द्राक्ष पिकात सुक्ष्म घड निर्मीतीचा काळ तसेच मणी वाढीचा कालावधी आणि मणी पक्व होण्याचा कालावधी हा अतिशय महत्वाचा कालावधी असतो.अशा वेळी एक एक दिवस वाया गेला तर त्याचा परिणाम वेलीच्या आरोग्यावर म्हणजेच द्राक्षाच्या एकुण उत्पन्नावर, तसेच गुणवत्तेवर होउ शकतो.

I am optimistic enough to believe that this websites will help grape growers and personnel associated with viticulture in understanding the grapevine nutrition and rationalize fertilizer use. Due to lack location specific research data available the recommendations on fertilizer doses have been kept broad and will require minor adjustments at different locations depending upon the soil and water quality. The language has been kept simple as far as possible. The readers may detect omissions and deficiencies. The Editor will be grateful if the readers bring to his notice any comments,errors or inadvertent omission of important work and misrepresentation of some of the research findings. Corrections and suggestions fore improvement will be Welcomed.
Growers experience has contributed a lot in preparation of this Websites. I am indebted to the grower friends who had been constantly providing reliable feedback in management of different nutrient deficiencies and sharing their experiences on various aspects of grape growing. I am thankful to National Horticultural Research & Development Foundation ( NHRDF's ) and NRC for Grapes, pune. I am extremely grateful to my boy kumar Aditya Aware for publishing this website.
